Brent was extremely professional. He explained to me what might have been the cause for my AC not working. Loved Parrish’s system of sending you the photo of the person who is coming to your home as well as the ability to track when they will arrive. I was so impressed with Parrish and all their employees I dealt with I signed up for their service contract. (I asked if they had a service plan no pressure done by Parrish on obtaining one)

Service provided today was outstanding. Andrew took the time to inspect the AC/heater and provided some pointers to prolong the life of the unit. Also, he was patient enough to explain everything he was working on. I appreciate the fact that Andrew took the time to go over everything and not rush to get things done. This is way to build a solid clientele base.

Had annual servicing of generator completed. Technician is knowledgeable and customer friendly. Takes the time to review everything he has done and elicits questions to ensure I am comfortable with the equipment.

Called about my garbage disposal not working. Plumbing technician called a couple days ahead of scheduled appointment and gave me instructions to try to fix it myself. And it worked! Worked with this particular person before and have always been happy with him. Honest and forthright. He took the time to help me get my disposal fixed three days before my appointment and saved me money!!

I am extremely pleased with Parrish Services and the quality of work performed today. Technician was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I truly recommend them!
