My Plumber Heating Cooling & Electrical

I wish I could give zero stars. Here is my story so you can judge for yourself whether you want to do business with a company like this. 1. I had to replace my hot water heater because it no longer worked. I bought it from My Plumber because they had done work for the former homeowner of my house. 2. They installed the hot water heater for $3500 which is way more expensive that I wanted, but considering I have two toddlers at home and my husband and I worked full time jobs, we had to get it done that day. 3. The hot water leaked from the output pipe because they didn't weld it properly. The pan filled with water. They sent someone out later that night during dinner time and they stayed until 9:30pm. I had two toddlers who wouldn't go to sleep at that point from the excitement. 4. The next day, I discovered that my kitchen faucet didn't work. They came out to look at it and charged me an additional few hundreds of dollars to fix the problem they had caused and told us that "it was half off and a deal for us." 5. A week and half later, the water heater is leaking again, this time from its gaskets. The drip pan is full. They sent out a tech who told me he couldn't do anything about it. He said he would send out the original tech. 6. I just called after the waiting window was over and they told me that they would send someone else, but not the original tech. With my insistence, they finally agreed to send out the original tech, but I said I also wanted to speak to the manager. The dispatcher put me on hold and then said, I spoke to him and he told me that "he is in a meeting." 7. We spent over $3,500, had 4 visits from a tech, and took three days off, and all we have is a new leaky water heater to show for it. I wish I hadn't called this company. Update: My new water heater was installed and it is functioning well. I appreciate that My Plumber took care of it before dinnertime. I also appreciated their marketing manager's empathetic response to my concerns.

Lee was so helpful. He was able to give us great information about the status of our system and great suggestions for maintaining it into the future. He was professional, polite, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I had questions after his visit that I forgot to ask him about and he was so polite to return my calls and address all my concerns. Leigh is the model of knowledge and professionalism and has a strong testament to the company. I will request him for future service needs for our heating and ventilation system.

Upon a regular inspection of our heat pump, the MY PLUMBER technician found that years of dirt buildup had covered the entire inside of the unit. He cleaned the vanes and dirt which had accumulated around the bottom of the pump; when finished, he also cleaned the outside of the heat pump...it looks like a new unit. We were very satisfied with the work and the professional demeanor of the technician. He answered all of our many questions with great patience. We highly recommend MY PLUMBER.

Our corporate SPRINT office was in need of expedited emergency work, after 2 companies failed us. My Plumber was there the next day and called with updates when he was running a little behind. Daniel came in and figured out the issue within 5 minutes. He was professional and did a great job, finally repairing our issues. I called them because of the positive reviews and I'm adding to the list. Thank you My Plumber!!!!

Plumber was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. He was also very friendly and was able to diagnose my problem in just a few minutes. I have worked with other plumbers with this company and all of them have provided excellent service.
