Great job from time of first contact and scheduling by their office staff to the technician, Billy, inspecting and confirming replacement needed of the water heater to scheduling the replacement which was done sooner than expected to the two great technician out today that completed the work (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch their names) but they were both friendly, professional, thorough, answered all my questions, did a great job and could not have been nicer. Service was great! Billy was polite, prompt and fixed the issue quickly. Brittany in the office was super nice, answered all questions and got us scheduled quickly!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE NORTHERN VIRGINIA! They are ABSOLUTELY terrible ! The first appointment, they did not show up at all throughout the 5 hour window. They gave a “courtesy” call, and when it was missed they took it upon themselves to not try to come at all as if we had not confirmed our appointment . Mind you someone was home the entire time! We got in contact and they left the entire area. When we were all rescheduled for the next day, another 5 hour period was wasted as the plumber came late. He made a quick trip, and the problem was not fixed. We had to call them AGAIN, this time the supposed 5 hour window became 6 as the plumber showed up an entire hour late. This company obviously lacks discipline somewhere!!! We should have been a priority since the first screw up! ITS SIMPLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
