This was a good company at one time, but it has been bought by a new owner and has gone sharply downhill. Twice they scheduled service calls here, but both times they failed to call or show. The first time I let it slide, figuring that anyone could have a bad day. The second time, I called several times and was assured that the service call was coming. When I called again at 4:05 p.m., the new owner gave me an angry earful - he had a much better paid job that his men were on and that if they came by today, it would cost me time and a half for the labor. I asked him if he would reconsider that, politely, and he continued to be rude and unprofessional. I let him know that I no longer wanted to do business with the company (which retained the name of the original owner). I don't think I can remember a less professional interaction with anyone in any business setting. Steer clear.
