The worst company I have ever dealt with. Came to my home 3 times and ordered the wrong part three different times for my washer which is only five years old. They left my washer in pieces for a month which is how long they worked on it for. In the end they refused to complete the job and answer phone calls from my self. They took parts off my washer and would not return them to me. I ended up calling the police to get them for me and the police said they were “tough” to deal with. They gave the wrong part to the cops. I have been without my washer for now over a month still. They will still not return my calls. Do not use them for home repairs.
Very pleasant experience. Quick service, good information and the repair man was also very nice with good information and very helpful. I would call again when needed.
Our warranty company contacted this company to repair our oven. It took a week for them to come out. They came out and said they had to order the needed part. It took another week for the part to come in. They send a different technician out to install said part. After 10-15 minutes of him taking 1/2 the oven apart he explains to me that he doesn’t know how to fix the oven and he was going out to his truck to “research” it. He comes back and tells me he couldn’t find any useful information and he was going to continue to “try & figure it out.” He takes the entire oven apart and goes out to his truck two more times to “research” on his phone. I call the company directly and have to leave a message because nobody is answering the phones. After an hour someone calls me back and tells me they listened to my voicemail and the repairman was putting everything back together and leaving. She then said they would send their “master technician” next week to resolve the issue. NEXT WEEK?! It’s already been 2 weeks! The woman didn’t even acknowledge the fact that the repairman was completely unqualified and completely untrained. Not even an apology! At this point it would’ve been easier just to buy a new oven! Needless to say I will NEVER use this company again.
If I could provide this company 0 stars I would. A technician arrived at the house to fix the washing machine, but was unable to because he determined another part was needed. The technician seemed knowledgeable, but after the technician left, that is where the customer service ended. The office couldn't obtain the part from their supply network and wouldn't order it from the manufacture, they simply claimed they couldn't obtain it and washed their hands of it. I had to order the part from the manufacture. The office staff is non-responsive to email, changes their policies from week to week and can't work with a customer to solve a simple problem. I wouldn't hire this company again due to their office management and ownership.
If i could give this a zero i would as well. As others mentioned in my opinion these people are very unprofessional. They came out as they were contracted through american home shield on 2/25/18 to service my dryer and replaced heating element. Within 3 hours it broke. Called back and they made me wait a week! So laundry was piling up and while i wait they are putting other customers in front of me and on a call back they should make me priority. So they get here on 3/5/18 replace the thermostat. After a few hours again the dryer is broken. I called back they wanted me to wait another day. Well i told them at this point since your tech was here yesterday you should make me first priority i haven't had a working dryer in several weeks. Now they make my appointment from 8am to 1pm on 3/6/19 because this is the 3rd call back. Well then i get a call right back and they want to send a senior tech well they lady was rude about it and pushed me after confirming the appointment for 3/6/19 to 3/7/19 and i said well sounds like you need to adjust your schedule to accommodate me if you want to send a senior tech thats your prerogative but you need to keep my appointment. She refused and hung up on me. I will be filing a lawsuit against them. In my opinion the lady answering the phone and the people working here are morons do not every call them if you do i told you so. IN response to the owners notorious response that she gives it seems like everyone else in these reviews she made up a story here as you can see and completely tap danced around addressing the real problem with her company. IN m opinion this company will fall apart like all the others with the lack of respect and unprofessional ism they have. I now have a new contract at my home today at least they have the respect to understand what 3 weeks and 3 service calls means for people. This owner can just zip it as far as im concerned . Also just to put it out there their dispatcher wouldn't have even had time to hear any such nonsense she hung up on me after just ranting off she referred me to another company. Very notorious for people in my opinion that cant fix something as simple as a dryer. Instead this owner here resorts to finger pointing etc because the owner has no idea how to fix my dryer. Take it at will recorded line huh thats funny i would like to see that call myself.
