Used a few times but recently had them out for a condensation drain, twice. First time there for an hour ran a snake not luck. $200.00. A week later ran a camera, nothing. $300. Out $500 and absolutely nothing accomplished. Feel like I got mugged. Had a HVAC guy come out, 30 minutes later problem resolved. No charge since it was a simple fix. I had even recommended to the Carlson guy what my HVAC guy ended up doing. Not sure if I can afford to take the chance on using Carlson again. Gave them 2 stars because of previous experiences, but less than one for this last round.
These people were fantastic. I had many plumbing leaks in my house. Their professionalism started from the moment that they began their work to the minute that they finished cleaning up after themselves. Everything that they repaired or replaced works like a charm.
