So about Brad's comment to my wife that the pressure of gas wasn't sufficient and there must be a problem with the gas valve.. Only to report to the home warranty company that it was a rusted flue... And commented that, "good luck with getting this through the warranty company... Someone is covering up something, I believe it is neglect on their part... Send a boy to do a mans job... Brad sent his son and didn't come til he messed up the situation... Who's paying who....!?

I would not recommend Brad or this company to anyone Because of Brad. He is rude, inconsiderate, and does not provide documentation for his work. He refused to provide documentation of the work done, after sending his son to do the work. His son had to call his dad after working for an hour, telling me "something was up" and he needed his dad. Unsure if his son is even certified or licensed to do the work he did.

I had to show your son to the utility room and he didn’t even know what the hot water heater was and asked me “Is this it?”

Rude and inconsiderate. Hung up on my mother while refusing documentation for their visit. Sent his teen son to do the work and has left us without hot water for two weeks. And yes, we are still taking cold showers.
