Powell's Plumbing

Delighted to write a review since the reviews posted encouraged me to call for service. Two knowledgeable men came to my house to repair our plumbing issues. They answered some questions I had politely. They solved our problems within a reasonable period of time They cleaned up after themselves. I know now to whom I shall be calling in the future for my plumbing. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

I can’t say enough for the work done by Powell’s plumbing, and in particular, John, the plumber. Our home in Inwood, WV had a leak in the well system. John, from Powell’s was able to figure out the very complex plumbing design in our home. Both he and his assistant, Brian, were courteous and professional. When there was a need for after hours assistance, the on call tech team at Powell’s connected me with John who walked me through activating a secondary well so that there was running water in the home. The team at Powell’s was also excellent with scheduling and alerting me when the plumber was on his way. I highly recommend Powell’s for any plumbing repairs.

Logan and Dave repaired two issues we were having - one with the washer and the other a leaky/clogged drain. They explained what they did so I could easily understand. They were very polite and professional, and extremely fast. It is so nice to deal with gentlemen!! The office staff got us scheduled very quickly too. I was extremely pleased with all the help and service we received. Thank you!!!

Having to deal with plumbing repairs is stressful, however Logan and Dave's very efficient and very careful work eliminated my stress. Somehow their sincere and positive way of being helped to relieve my feelings of worry due to the cost to fix things. Thank you Logan and Dave!

Branson, Ethan, and Clay were all very professional and thorough in their work for us. We had issues with our septic tank and had to get hooked up to city sewage in a very quick manner; everything got completed as quickly as possible and our driveway and land were left in similar (if not better) than when the guys got started. I highly recommend their services -- and if we ever have to contact a plumbing service again, it will be theirs.
