ClearWater Well & Pump

Incredibly efficient, reliable, and friendly service. Our water pump issues were fixed and parts replaced at a very fair price and in great time! Will definitely be contacting again for any future water needs~

I requested a well inspection with a short two day notice. Dan told me they were booked for every day that week but said he would try to come out late in the day for the day I requested. Dan ended up coming out early in the afternoon on the requested day. Dan was thorough and knowledgeable and somehow fit me into his schedule several hours earlier than expected.

ClearWater Well & Pump took care of us when our well pump suddenly stopped working. Dan returned my call after hours and was able to come out the following day to get our water up and running. Dan was extremely professional and explained the entire replacement process. We were very happy with his hard work and professionalism. Five stars!!

Called because pump was not working (I had diagnosed that power was reaching pump, so assumed pump was dead). I described problem, and said that I couldn't meet them there that afternoon because I was at work. Dan(?) was confident that he'd be able to at least diagnose even without me there, so he was on-site that afternoon. He got there and found electricity was off (I forgot that I had turned breaker off), but he rigged an interim circuit to power and diagnose the situation. Found that pump worked fine. Then I arranged for him to get access into house (I still wasn't there), and he diagnosed a problem in the generator transfer panel. While there, he returned the well pump to the main panel so that I would at least have water service while we repair transfer panel. In short, he found solutions and provided great value and respect for my time. Lesser companies would have taken the easy out to say "Can't diagnose it because no power's on-site", charged me $150 and said "we'll come back tomorrow (for another $150)".

I can not say with enough volume how excited I am to find someone that is not only HONEST but EFFICIENT! No one could figure out why we’re having issues with our water softener that was only a year old but luckily after not giving up to find someone that I could trust and fix my issue I found you! My husband and I cannnot thank this business enough and would recommend them hands down again and again. He is a man that stands by his business and someone I know will always be honest to me and not just try to rack up my bill. Thank you!
