Both technicians arrived precisely when estimated to, were kind and professional throughout the entire visit, and provided detailed explanations addressing my plumbing concerns. This is a tough one to post, but I was quoted $450 to reinstall my existing garbage disposal. This is after they missed my first appointment from a scheduling hiccup. The customer service rep mentioned I would receive a discount and that they would make it right. Now, this was not a complicated job. I thought I'd have someone come in and do it for $100 (What Sears, Lowes and Home Depot charge) I know there is a markup on parts and that Mr. Rooter pays to be insured, but man I was shocked. The exact part the technician needed is $16 brand new (original Insinkerator part) at The Home Depot. So labor is $400 for an hour or less job? I asked why the quote was so high and the technician struggled to explain it and stumbled over his words. They go off of a pricing sheet and he wasn't willing to share with me the cost breakdown. Two stars because at least the customer service folk are friendly.

The team they sent was friendly and quick. I even pick something that another plumber had done wrong in the short time frame they were here.
