Set an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Followed up 2 times before date. Made them aware that we had a time line for closing. Day came and no show. Called that evening and they had no explanation, then said a truck was stuck and they would call back that night to update me. No call. Called the next day and they said they could not get us in until the next week. We went with someone else at this point.
Called and got the friendliest of help. Anne Marie was terrific. I will be using them for all of my septic needs!
They scoop the poop for a fair price. We have used them several times and they clean every thing up, even dig up and rebury the tank for free. Highly recommended.

Missed appointments, no notification. Would understand that they couldn't make it, but no call, so 3 days sitting at home waiting. Don't waste your time, just find someone else.
