Absolute Plumbing & Drain

Does not show up for scheduled appointment. No call or anything. When we called they promised they would still be here today. I took off work waiting for them to show. Very unprofessional. 5 days with no water thanks to their poor customer service. Strongly urge you do not rely on them.

I used Absolute Plumbing and Drain to service my septic system. When I called Absolute, I was greeted by a warm and accommodating employee on the other end of the line. This was the first experience in my 67 years of life where I needed septic work. I had a ton of questions about systems, particularly mine, the work to be done and the pricing. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and the potential cost explained in detail. A week and a half later, the owner, Keith , came on sight to service my system himself. As curious as I am, I stood over Keith’s shoulder the whole time. Keith is a polite man of honorable man, and I’d use Absolute Plumbing and Drain again without hesitation. And, to beat all, the bill was less than I was anticipating. Well done, Keith. Thanks.

Keith and and his crew did an amazing job on my clogged septic system. They did an amazing, thorough job and all the cleanup was perfect. Would highly recommend this company.

These guys are Absolutely great! We were having some septic issues and needed service but I dont get home until later in the evening. They worked with us and came out after I got home. They are knowledgeable, helpful and FUNNY! They will definitely be my first call in the future!

Absolute Plumbing came to my rescue. My sewer was backing up into my house. I called, they came out within the hour and within another hour had my sewer back working properly again. Love these guys! They have a customer for life!!
