The owner drove up on my right at the last moment when the right lane ended and ran my car off the road in his van as he bullied his way to try to get in front of me when he needed to merge behind. It tells you all you need to know about his character. I would never do business with that kind of dangerous bully.

I rented my home to a couple who lost their home in the Fountaingrove fire. She came home from a trip to only warm water. Tried to contact plumber who installed my new hot water heater two years ago and he was out of town. Contacted a local Healdsburg plumber and they were kind enough to go out but called to say that they do not work on Bradford Water Heaters. I found Steve on the internet and he responded even those his schedule was full. He worked with me to get the part in 2 days even after the disreibutor said overnight was going to take a week. Steve was polite, professional and always returned phone calls and texts. I highly recommend him and he will be at the top of my list to call for any future plumbing needs
