This is a haphazard, disorganized outfit. They have unqualified and inexperienced workers on the job, substitute and replace materials frequently with improper and substandard materials because they misorder and under order supplies ,forcing this practice. I left their job in disgust and instant relief to be rid of the headache. I could only imagine what the service department does to cut corners. Hire at your own risk and peril...

Southside had technician out to my residence quickly. Technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Has our issues resolved promptly. The cost was also reasonable in relation to the repair needed. I would definitely recommend.

If I could put no stars I would. Mickey Mouse outfit has no business doing anything but unclogging pipes.
