Horrible! Just what i expect from Ryan Homes to contract with some jack-legged company. 29 degrees outside and my heat went out at 9pm. I have called 4 times with no response and my house is now 67 degrees and my elderly mother is not tolerating this well. Your company should not have accepted a contract with service in Suffolk if you were not going to do the work!

Superior was used for the HVAC and plumbing by the builder of my home. My home was built in May 2013. I started having issues in July 2013. The number of problems I have had with both the HVAC and plumbing has been absurd and the costs of repairs ridiculous. I had Superior come out several times (as I was still under warranty with the builder) to address issues but it was clear they did not know what they were doing and I had to use other companies. Now I am having major plumbing issues and even I can look at what was done and am able to tell it is not correct. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
