Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Williamsburg

I set my appointment for Saturday on a Thursday night. They told me that they had an open slot from 10am to 12pm and that they'd call before hand to let us know when they'd be coming our way. Around 9:30am they called said they'd be there in 30 minutes. Whyatt arrived in 20 minutes. He reviewed the work order with me, had me walk though any troubleshooting I'd done on my own, and gave me a quote before proceeding with the work. He worked diligently for about and hour. Once he was done he walked me through what he had accomplished, gave me some advice on maintenance, told me about some past experiences with similar jobs. Which made me feel way better about needing to call a plumber. He cleaned up any mess that was made on the floor which was kind considering the floor wasn't clean to begin with. Talked about the member plan and the bio degradable drain products, which I happily bought. And when I proceeded to give him a tip he asked me if I was sure that's what I wanted to do. It wasn't a huge tip, I was already dishing out $400, but he did a great job, he earned our future business and loyalty and his tip!

We had an emergency on a Sunday morning, and Brent came within an hour of our call. What had developed into a potentially very serious situation was diagnosed very quickly and then repaired. This is after we'd had several other professionals try to diagnose the problem but fail. We cannot speak highly enough of Brent and Mr. Rooter Plumbing! Quick, courteous, efficient!

I’ve used Me Rooter several times and they always pickup phone and schedule you as quick as you need. This past Friday afternoon, they sent a plumber on an emergency of mine within the hour!! Rest assure you’re plumbing needs will always be fulfilled and they always follow up after their service call to make sure your fully satisfied. Gordon, Bert and Matt are very experienced and their expertise and professionalism is top rated in my book.

The guy were courteous, fast and efficient. Everything worked perfectly when they finished. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Wyatt was a pleasure to work with. He was respectful and very informative during his time in my house. I was notified when he was to arrive and he was prompt. He took his time to answer all my questions and provide estimates for additional services to consider.
