Absolutely the best service I could have asked for. 5 stars is not enough to convey how impressed I am with Ray. He found the issue quickly, despite my house having a tricky plumbing system. He also responded immediately and arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call. Great price and the most courteous, professional, and timely service. He will be my go to plumbing professional for as long as I live here.

This guy is a crook! Plumber was sent out by my Home Warranty Company for an emergency repair. He arrived and first thing out of his mouth, was "Do you have my deductible payment?" I paid the deductible. After about 30 minutes he stated he could not fix the problem and his suggestion was, "just don't use that bathroom". I told him that if he cannot fix the problem, why do I have to pay the Home Warranty Deductible? He states the fee was just to show up and diagnose. WRONG! I called my warranty company who stated the tech wrong wrong. I also filed a complaint. This guy is a con artist and a crook! AVOID STATE PLUMBING. YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!
I am very happy with the work done by State Plumbing Company (Mr. Ray) replacing our water heater. I am pleased that he completed the job in a timely fashion and made sure that everything was clean before leaving the work area. He even offered to pick up the new Water heater i bought from home depot. He was prompt in responding to phone calls. He was very polite and trustworthy. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber and would definitely hire him again when issues arise regarding plumbing.
I couldn't be happier with Mr Rasouli and State Plumbing. He quoted me a price on the phone, did the work and because it was easier than expected, dropped the final price by 45%.
