I am originally from Pamplin, Va but currently reside in South Florida. I am in process of having to sell my father's house and the buyers were requesting that a septic tank inspection be done before the final sell. I had the privilege of speaking with Penny, who was able to get me everything I needed, at a fair price. Her son met my Mom at the home and was able to provide everything that was requested within the inspection. I wanted to say thank you to Penny and her Son, for going above and beyond the call of duty to make this process easy. If you are ever in the need for any septic tank services, Penny and Her team are very knowledgeable, and will do what ever it takes to make sure you are informed about what you need to do to take care of the problem that you are experiencing.

Their price was HUNDREDS more than originally stated.. AND we dug our own holes to get to the tank!! Horrible customer service - would not even respond to BBB. Not a company you want to deal with...

The prompt professional manner of this company is very appreciated. The service team showed up as scheduled, located and pumped the system safely, and even took the time to give me some pointers on how to keep the system maintenance. My system was in good shape but I really appreciate them helping me in the long run with maintenance tips. The price for service was reasonably set for the service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs septic work.

We were so impressed with the service we received. They arrived on time, located the septic tank which others have not been able to locate. They pumped the septic tank and than cleaned it and removed the blockage from the drain pipe by one of the workers climbing into the septic tank. Everyone was very competent, extremely polite, and very knowledgeable. The price was less than another company that we have used before. Very refreshing to encounter an honest, friendly, and very competent company.

A rarity in this day and age...competence and service to the highest level! Thanks Taylor for making our first septic service experience simple. Thanks also for the tip on how to save some money for the service...if it weren’t for Mrs. Taylor tipping us off we’d never known we live in a watershed zone where our county pays part of servicing our septic! Just want to mention the courtesy and professionalism your young son displayed while doing the job. You did a great job rainsing a fine young man!
