We have used this company twice now, both in more urgent situations, a power surge that wiped out our AC in the summer and a sump pump situation. They are responsive, honest and prompt. We worked with Cesar on both occasions and he was wonderful - one night staying until after 8PM to make sure our AC was restored. Excellent company and very responsive!!
Cesar is my new Air conditioning tech. My thermostat in my house was reading 90 degrees. He came replace an electrical part on the outside unit. The air vents started to blow cold air, and house felt better. Any future heating repairs I will call this company. Thank you AA Rapid! :)
Came around 7 pm, when the rest of the other companies where not open. Replace a contactor on the outside machine and the air conditioning started to blow cold air in the condo. Thanks to this company my family and I where able to sleep comfortable that night.
Terrible experience. Waited for 4 hours for them to show - but they never came. Very unprofessional on the phone, and gave me false updates about their “updated” arrival time. When will companies realize that being honest and transparent with their arrival times improves everyones experience?
Cesar fixed our garbage disposal quickly. Reliable service, came out to the house quickly, would call again.
