A sink in our kitchen literally exploded on a Saturday evening, sending a geyser of water all over. Valves under the sink were frozen. I managed to get to the house water cutoff valve but that meant no water for use (but plenty of water on the kitchen floor!). Dr. Daniel was there in an hour and he fixed both the leak and the valves efficiently and professionally. Also impressive was his attitude. He was on a long shift on a Saturday night, yet he was cheerful and friendly throughout the call. Well done and thank you, Drs. Daniel and Bill!
I would highly recommend The Plumbing Dr . Over the years we have had Dr Charlie out for a variety repairs and improvements. Each time he has provided a range of options to repair or improve our plumbing needs . He is very thorough and makes recommendations for future improvements. This is all done with absolutely no pressure on the customer . We will call on Dr Charlie when we need our water heater replaced.
Weekend sink back-up fixed FAST! Called Sunday morning, and Dr. Charlie was at my place within 2 hours. It wasn't an easy fix, but he took the time to get it right. They were clear about the price at each step, charged a reasonable amount for a Sunday visit, and had a range of price options that allowed me to pick what I wanted. Great experience for an annoying problem. What could be better?
Dr. Charlie and Dr. Lloyd did a terrific job last week. We had a major problem with one of the pipes in our upstairs bathroom. They helped me figure out the problem and replaced the pipe. I was not happy that it "rained" for 20 minutes in my living room while they dragged out bucket after bucket of water. But once the ceiling was drained, they were able to fix the issue. I'm very grateful to them both for spending upwards of five hours last week helping me get everything fixed and up to code.
Pricing of a surgeon with just as little transparency on the cost. Seeing the same plastic parts at Home Depot for $10 made the 40x more expensive bill unsettling. The mess left behind was fun to clean up as well. Hint: DIY with YouTube and $50 of tools or hire someone who owns his/her own company. Also, anytime you begin negotiating the cost of a repair, you know you are getting boned.
