Excellent service, they installed my initial tankless water heater (Steibel Eltron) electric in October 2008. A lot of work and cost initially as they had to bring electric wiring up to code to handle unit, but it was worth it. The Unit died exactly 1 month after 3 year warranty expired November 2011. I called JM plumbing and they installed a brand new unit that the German manufacturer honored and replaced a month out of warranty. That impressed me-manufacturer honoring the unit a month after warranty expired. Fast forward to June 2019, unit was acting up after 9 years and JR Plumbing installed new electric unit and the warranty is now 7 years for the Electric unit, Steibel Eltron, JR Plumbing are professionals who know their craft and get the job done. I will always use their company for all my tankless system issues.
