I've worked with River Bend for over a year now. The manager and owner of the company seems to be very nice, fair and knowledgeable. As a Property Manager for Multifamily, River Bend is there to fill in when the on-site maintenance is not able to get to a work order. They offer appliance repair, making apartments ready, and general maintenance.

Worked with River Bend for several years now, both on the residential and commercial side. As a Property Manager, they make my life easier with their quick response and honest feedback on bidding jobs. I trust these guys have my clients/tenants best interest in mind.

I called River Bend to fix a broken door, patch up drywall, add crown molding to one bedroom and a bathroom as well as paint. They were very professional, Jeff and his team arrived on time, did a walkthrough as they explained the work and materials that would be needed. At the end of the day, everything was completed and every room they worked in was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company for all your small construction needs!
