I hired Dexter Plumbing to replace my well pump, install a sleeve on the well head to prevent ground water intrusion, and replace my pump tank. John Dexter (the owner) and his assistant Edwin did a fantastic job at a reasonable and honest price. I observed them for most of the time to learn what they were doing and found them to be exceptionally skilled and personable. Most importantly, our water is clean and tastes good for the first time in years. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need and he is definitely first on our list!

Extremely satisfied with price, installation, attentiveness to my custom requests. Could not beat their price anywhere even though I solicited 5 separate bids. Others would have charged me thousands more for a less efficient unit! Real nice to have the owner, John, be there for me during the whole process, and Christi, the glue that keeps that company together as she manages overall day to day operations. Another great selling point was that they offered extended parts and labor warranty over the manufacturer warranty. Couldn't be happier!

Mr. Dexter came for a second opinion after having been told we needed an acid neutralizer and water softener. He tested our water on the spot and said it was perfect and we needed absolutely nothing. He also informed us that the water pressure tank we currently have is in good working order, whereas the plumber who came yesterday also said it needed replaced due to its size. That plumber did not even test it, only looked at it. Mr. Dexter went above and beyond with the information we needed and was very honest. We will definitely be using him again, if the need ever arises and will for sure be recommending him to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Dexter Wells & Plumbing just replaced my water heater and I am extremely happy with their price and service. Their technician John was not much for conversation but was a get down to business kind of plumber. Two hours was all he needed to remove the old unit and install the new one. Mr Dexter arrived on time, was very polite and attentive to our concerns. It quickly became clear to us that one of his expertise is in tankless water heater systems. It was refreshing to have an honest assessment of our system. In his opinion, we did not need to spend money on a service (that he actually does for these systems) that he did not think was needed or beneficial to our situation. We appreciated that honesty and will definitely call him again for our next plumbing project!
