The company responded quickly to our service request, and we had a technician scheduled for the next day (it was not an emergency). The technician was professional, and he explained every step before proceeding. Really outstanding! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Really outrageous pricing and you're put in a tough situation once they are in your house, you need the repair, and have no time to weigh options. Their pricing model is a flat fee per service plus a $65 service fee -- not by the time spend doing the repair. They charged me nearly $200 (plus service fee) for a service that took at most 15 minutes and resulted in no appreciable improvement. Do not recommend -- definitely will not be using again.

Needed a fast visit due to water leaking from a toilet line. They were able accommodate and come out same day. Found out the stopper in the emergency valve had a slight crack in it and could have been a lot worse if left unattended. The folks that showed were great and showed exactly at the time they estimated. Very friendly, very polite!!
