OMG talk about the best customer service I have encountered in so long. I myself am in a service-based business and can appreciate how prompt they are, personable, hard-working, and understanding. Thank you Frederick for doing such a great job in our home. He has come twice already and each time has gone above and beyond. Frederick I feel like it’s part of the family now. He’s welcome anytime. I look forward to using A Action Home Services again.

I was very disappointed by how the company handled my situation. This was my very first and last time that i ever request any type of services from them. I called to schedule an electrician’s visit and i was told a certain amount of money to pay on the phone which i agreed to and when the technician got to my place, he not only didn’t contact me(who made the appointment to let me know of what was happening and get my approval before working on anything) he started working on the machine and i ended paying 4 times the amount agreed on. I complained abt it to the customer service agent and she promised that the manager would get back to me and he never did. Overall, if you want to end up paying more than you planned definitely call this company.they are horrible

Paul did a great job! He diagnosed the issue right away and gave me all of the pricing options up front. I like that there were no "surprise" costs, and they charged me less than the other two companies that had quoted me for the exact same thing. His assistant also seemed very knowledgeable and professional. It was great they had all the equipment necessary already equipped in their company truck so the repair was quicker than I had anticipated. I'll definitely be calling A Action again for any other repairs in my home.

They charged me $49 for an electrician to come give an estimate. The estimate was absurdly high. I called another licensed electrician who did the work for less than half the amount.
