Had to re-wire my newly finished basement and these guys were fantastic! Sean was extremely polite, professional, arrived on time, and did an amazing job. Couldn’t have been happier with the service (and I’ve dealt with a lot of electricians). Would highly recommend for any residential work and I’m sure they also do commercial jobs.
All we got are excuses! Call another contractor!
This company deserves no stars their service is bad they are full of lies. I would never do business with this people again.
I wish I could give this place no stars. My hot water heater was out and they had to work with my home warranty company to replace it. It took two weeks to have any hot water in the house. They gave me a list of what the charges would be, I paid them and then received a bill in the mail for hundreds of dollars additional the next month. The cost were very high. Even though I have a home warranty company I still paid them over $900 for a Hot water heater installation and now they want additional monies. When I called the lady there to talk about it she kept talking over me and was very rude. So not only do I feel ripped off I feel like her customer service was terrible. If she would’ve had any kind of empathy and patience with me I would’ve felt less bad about getting ripped off and paying them additional money.
Rush Companies inspected my water heater and determined that it was unsafe for use. Reggie was the technician and was knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. He shared with me his diagnosis and how it was determined. Reggie wrote up a detailed explanation to my home warranty company (First American Home Warranty), which resulted in approval for replacement and covered all but a few hundred dollars. During the install, Reggie was again on time and friendly. He and another technician completed the installation in under 1.5 hours and disposed on the tank. Reggie walked me through the error reporting mechanism on the tank and recommended the 5 year warranty through the water heater company. Rush Companies did a fantastic job and I strongly recommend them to anyone in the DC area.
