We've called Wacker several times, for emergencies and otherwise. The service has always been professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I called to see about getting something done I’d put off for weeks and they were able to send over Jamal and he fixed it perfectly in an hour. Good work and he cleaned up the space when he was done. I’ll call them first for more work in the future.

I was actually recommended to Wacker Plumbing by another plumber who did not have availability. I had called to get a second opinion on a sump pump issue and was expecting just to get a quote and set up a time for them to come back. I was pleasantly surprised when our technician, Larry, showed up with a new sump pump, just in case, and was able to replace it on the spot. The price was fair and the service was excellent I would recommend them!!

We found ourselves with a leak in the kitchen ceiling first thing in the morning. When we called Wacker, they had someone out at 10am (based on a 7am call). First off, incredible customer service and very responsive. I expected drywall cutting and a slew of other scary things to need to take place. Instead, we ended up with a specialist who used common sense and isolated the leak based on positioning of the leak and the drain pipes, etc. Within 40 minutes the problem was identified and solved. No drywall cutting, no fuss, no mess. Not only did we get incredible service, we had someone who was not in a rush to just get the job done, but took his time to do the job right. The price was very reasonable in my opinion and everyone - from the gentleman who came out to solve the problem to the office manager who I called back to thank - were incredibly humble and friendly. I personally want to have them as plumbers for life - because they are with the business for life. Now only if they would expand into other areas!

I would have rated 5 stars if the plumber had remembered to remove the plug on the new garbage disposal he installed. This allows the dishwasher to drain. Instead, the dishwasher filled up and started to spill onto the floor. Since it was a Saturday, I had to pay another plumber (charged me $200) to come out and fix it as I had no idea what happened. When I spoke to the plumber at Wacker Plumbing he said Wacker offered to refund the $200 I paid to the other plumber. I never received the refund check and refuse to use them again. Make sure your plumber 'remembers' this one simple fix before he leaves your house. It will save you clean up time and a good chunk of money!
