I was very happy with our service technician, Tommy. He sent us an e-mail & text (w/ his photo) before he arrived. He took off his shoes and wore disposable booties on his feet and was polite & respectful. He explained what we needed, in plain English, and patiently answered our many questions. He e-mailed me an estimate within 10 minutes of leaving our condo. He even paid some attention to our Cat ! My sister & I were very impressed.

Very pleasant experience. Shane was very nice. After I showed him what I needed, he gave me an estimated cost and after I approved the estimate, got to work. About two hours later, he was done. I was very pleased. If I hadn't known someone had been there, I would never guessed. Very neat and tidy. Highly recommended.

Jessie came out for our leaky kitchen faucet & helped us identify some other issues with our plumbing we were having (loud pipes, high water pressure, and more). He was super knowledgeable, nice, and professional! He arrived within the scheduled appointment window too! Cardinal overall was a pleasure to do business with from their convenient chat feature and swift phone returns! Highly recommend Jessie and Cardinal! Update: We had to put in another call, this time for AC trouble. A Cardinal rep promptly returned my request and scheduled a convenient appointment. Our Technician John saved the day! He found the issue within 5 minutes of his arrival. After going a day and a half without AC during a heatwave having the issue found/turned back on so swiftly was Awesome!!!! John was prompt to the appointment window, courteous, and answered all my AC questions. 3 Cheers for John and our family cooling off! Two for Two Cardinal has come through for us!
