Viking Plumbing Services

I would not recommend Viking Plumbing as the service is very unreliable. The plumber didn't show up for his scheduled appointment despite calling the office several times to check on his whereabouts. I ended up calling a different company with a more reliable service. One positive note: The receptionist was very kind and tried to help as much as she could

This company is totally unreliable and has no customer skillsets. I rent an apartment and they were scheduled for a faucet repair between 9am-1pm. They didn't call my LL until almost 1pm to let them know that they are having personnel issues and would be out later that afternoon (they were to call me to confirm the time). I told my LL to cancel the visit after 6PM and find a more reliable plumbing service. FYI, the reason for the service call, was a leak on a kitchen faucet that was inspected by them a week earlier with no issues but mysteriously started to leak after the inspection.

I had a flood in my basement. Jeff came out and replaced my water heater within hours. He was so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Jeff and Viking Plumbing!

Jeff was the first of 3 plumbers that was able to diagnose and eliminate the horrible smell coming from my water. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. I highly reccomend.

Jeff communicates very well with his customers and strives to ensure that everyone is pleased with the results. In addition, he responds very quickly when contacted.
