Modern Mechanical now One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Henry was awesome! He came very late on a Sat night after I know he had a long day and was patient and thorough in trying to determine our problem. Ultimately a part was needed and when he came back a few days later he was the again thorough and got our A/C working! So very nice and most importantly gave us an honest assessment of the system. I'd welcome him back anytime (although I hope I don't have to call again)! The entire team at Modern Mechanical was on point, responsive and kept me abreast of each step.

Was referred to this company by the home warranty company that has the policy for my house when the air conditioning went out completely. They could not get anyone out until the next day (I understand with the heat there is high demand for service). The technician that came was very good and diagnosed the issue and sent the information to his company to send to the warranty company. Here is the issue. Going on 3 days now since the service call and One Hour has not even sent information to the warranty company so they cannot authorize any work, thus no air conditioning in the middle of summer. Calls to One Hour to find status were met with vague statements that they might have it by the end of the week. This is all after paying them $100 for the service call. Had to find an alternative company that was responsive. If you don't want to provide service using the warranty then don't work with the warranty company and put customers through the pain by taking money and not following through. I am going to at least seek a refund

Modern Mechanical /Benjamin Franklin Plumber Andrew M. did an excellent job repairing my leaking faucet and replaced the interior parts in my commode tank. I was very pleased with Andrew's professionalism and explaining about the parts. He was quick to complete the tasks and cleaned up after the repair. He also wore orange shoe covers to protect my floors which was greatly appreciated. April 2019 Modern Mechanical/Benjamin Franklin Plumber Ronald W came and fixed/replaced the parts on my leaking irrigation system turn on/off valve. He was very professional and efficient and got the job done quickly. I feel confident using the services of Benjamin Plumbing.. I have repeatedly had consistently outstanding service. ; ) May 2019 Had my biannual service done on my heat and air conditioning system. My service technician was Jaime and he did a very thorough job and even made some upgrade recommendations. Very pleased with the service.

Adam provided exceptional service overall. He is extremely courteous and excels in knowledge of product and function. Adam thoroughly explained information asked of him by the customer. He obviously has an extensive range of expertise to install, maintain and service the wide range of needs of heating, cooling and plumbing required in a home.
