After a bad storm my well pump quit working. I contacted another local plumbing company that I had used for over 20 years. It took them 6 days to come but I was willing to wait as a loyal customer of theirs. The morning they came at 6:30 am the technician stated he did not feel like doing this today. He then stated that he didn't know if they could service my well because of the depth however they installed the well pump 7 years ago. After waiting 6 days without water, paying the service fee and not getting my well serviced, I decided to call another company. I am very thankful I found David and the guys at Solutions Mechanical. They came the next morning, installed a new well pump, and I even have better water quality now. They were prompt, professional, and competitive priced. If it wasn't for John identifying that my well pump was struck by lightening I would not have known to submit it for insurance reimbursement. This is the best Services team in the valley and I would not hesitate giving them a reference or further jobs.
