Speedy Rooter is my go-to company for plumbing. I recently found a wet area in my septic drain field, which resulted in needing a new distribution box, septic tank pumping, and drain field line jetting. I could not be more pleased. The actual price came within the low end of their estimate, they showed up when they said they would and, when a bad storm moved in and they needed to reschedule, they called me to arrange an alternate day. James was awesome - knowledgeable and very nice. They even planted grass seed and covered it with straw after they recovered the work area with soil. Great company!
Had Speedy Rooter out for a mandatory hydro jetting for new construction. Jerry and Gary went above and beyond when it was realized there was no water at the property and made sure the jetting got done in time that same day for my closing to be on time. I would recommend them to anyone, and be using them for all future needs. Thanks guys!
Joe came out on a weekend night soon after I called with a water heater issue. He took care to put plastic down and remove shoes where needed and he clearly takes pride in his work. He was professional and gave me detailed answers to my many questions about the work that needed to be done. No one is ready when their water heater dies on a Sunday night so it really helped to have someone available and ready to take care of it.
This business is amazing.I called them at 6:30 am ...and they answered.Jery was prompt, courtios, respectfull , trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable Of course my plumbing issue got resolved ,and now they have a custom for life. Joe was very professional friendly and courteous. Texted when he was arriving. Did a great job for us made sure that he cleaned up the work area when he finished. We were very happy with the job he did. If we have any other plumbing issues we will use speedy rotor again and definitely ask for Joe to handle our repairs.
