Our air conditioning decided to die on a Saturday afternoon. We have a Trane unit so I went to the Trane website to see who they recommended for repair service. Cannon Heating & A/C LLC was listed for repair services and I am thrilled that I have found a reliable company to take care of our unit. I went to Cannon's website and saw that they have 24 hour service. I called and left a message. Within 10 minutes my call was returned and within an hour a technician was at my house to trouble shoot our issue! Sadly, it was not something that could be fixed at that moment. We were notified the day before our service that the technician would be out between the hours of 9am - 11 am. Sure enough, he arrived within that time window. He got right to work, was very efficient, very neat, cleaned out the unit, checked everything that needed to be checked. Was very pleasant to talk with. Made the necessary repair. Left the work area neat and tidy. Very impressed with this company. Will definately use them as our only HVAC company and will certainly share this company with anyone in need of a good service team.
Fast response during stressful situation with my bathroom. Mr. Troy Gibbons calm personality and great customer service took care of our plumbing and electrical needs in a timely manner witch ultimately saved my family money. Cannon Heating has been wonderful to us. We moved in and they came and worked on our A/C. They also installed and a tankless gas water heater. Replace our old furnace either a new gas heater. I will never have any company but Cannon for all our plumbing needs. Can't say enough about them and Nealey their customer service representative.

I've used Canon Heating a few times over the past several years and have always received exceptional service. The office manager Neely is incredible. I dont know how she does it, but she seems to remember everything from past repairs to the neighborhood I live in from the second she answers the phone. I'd definitely reccomend giving them a call.
