This business was wonderful. I called and the man said exactly what day the tech would call. TC was very professional and honest. He even went above and beyond to take care of my mother in laws house. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible customer service. Shouldn't be in business. Technician comes to inspect unit but can't access it due to it being in attic. Says he'll return in 2 days with a ladder. Never shows up. Charges us $80. Can't reach a manager even though we've called at least 5 times. Choose another company and drive these guys out of business.
I called to get a tech out for an RV AC unit. The following day I called about 11 for a status, the tech called me back and stated two hours. 4 hours later he was a no show. I called the office who reached the tech, who didn’t show up again for another 2.5 hours. When he did show up, the office staff did not relay the RV AC information. So the tech was in a nasty mood because he stated a mechanic needed to fix it. Then he quoted a $700 repair. I can buy a new AC at that price. Then I spoke with Rachel in the office who stated she missed the RV information and she can try to get another tech out. About 30 minutes later I got a text stating it’s a holiday weekend and no one can return until Tuesday for a second opinion or I can pay the $700 repair. I requested my service ticket immediately and I am still waiting on it so I can use my money elsewhere with people who can actually communicate with one another and the client and don’t leave the client high and dry because their tech showed up 4.5 hours after he stated he would.
i had a waste arm bust under my foundation. I called a few places around for a plumber, only A1 called back and got me all set up. took about 3 days due to accessibility but it was completed within the timeline they said it would be completed in.
It’s 82 degrees in my house. We’ve been waiting since yesterday and no technician has shown up. We will never call this company again; I’m so disappointed in the lack of professionalism, honesty, and transparency. Every single time we’ve called we’ve been told some version of “the technician is on his way.” Well, Doug never showed up and now it’s too late to call another company.
