Great guy. He and his son fixed my little problem quickly. He came prepared with parts and his finished price was less than others quoted to come look.
Have a place locally in Heber that I called Nick to see if he could come look at and instead of trying to schedule an appointment and was told that he was not interested and he had too much going. Horrible business practice. At least make a recommendation for someone that can help. Being in the service industry myself, I know that he must know some other tradesmen that could help. Hire new help if you have a lot going don't just turn away potential customers.
I have used Nick on two different situations. Each time he has been extremely efficient, prompt, and provided excellent results. I highly recommend him. It is so difficult to find a plumber who is honest, dependable, and professional. This is why I feel fortunate to know who to call when I need expert help.
Wow... I just called this guy and he wouldn't even take the time to come look at our problem. He just said he didn't have time and "Good Bye"
I called to find out IF he could help me with something and once he found out what I needed he hung up on me without letting me ask who he might suggest. Thanks for the 'courtesy'
