Excellent service! Fair price. Fast, clean, and done right! After six canceled appointments with another plumber, and a leaky, partially installed whole house water filter, Scott came in and got everything fixed and put together clean and professionally within two hours. He put on shoe covers before coming in the house, and even tested the hardness of our water for free. Night and day difference in our plumber experience. We will definitely use Imperial Plumbing again.

Great company. Frank and his team of workers are very efficient and very good at what they do. Also, they are very quick to come back if there every is any issue at all and are very responsable. 10/10 I would recommend this company if your building a new home, or finishing a basement or even just doing a remodeling. The installers arrived on time and were very pleasant and happy to install my new water softener and take away the old one. They were fast, efficient and clean. There was no mess left behind! I will use them for anything else I need???? I highly recommend them.

They recently moved a gas and water line over for us and went above and beyond what I expected them to do. They kept our costs as low as they could but still did all the extra things that aren't expected of them, like help hook up our washer and dryer and drill a hole in our countertop for our water filter. They are so incredibly kind and considerate. They came within a few days of me calling and even tag teamed when one was going out of town so that I could have my washer and dryer set up to do my laundry as soon as possible. We bought our washer and dryer from a scratch and dent place and when they saw a scratch after moving them for me (which was just to be nice) he made sure to tell us because he didn't know if it was him and wanted to be honest. It was a tiny scratch that was already there so I told him not to worry but really most people would have just not said anything. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with them. I'll definitely have them do all our plumbing needs from here on and will recommend them to everyone. Don't waist your time on companies who are in it just for the money. Go with imperial plumbing where their priorities are to take care of you first and to be fair and honest.
