Quick, same day service at a reasonable price. Kaleb did a great job and was very thorough. He explained the condition of the tank and had it really cleaned out. I would definitely recommend A-1.

Rob has come out numerous times especially during wet years because that seems to be when our septic has to be pumped. He is such a helpful nice guy especially doing such a dirty job. We will never go through anyone else. Especially him helping with our neighbors this time. He went above and beyond and out of his way. Way to go A1. Don’t ever let Rob go, he’s one of a guy!!

This is an excellent company with outstanding customer service. The driver, Rob, was very patient and professional, answering all our questions and explaining the process every step of the way. He showed up early, and he was courteous and treated our family with respect. You could tell he took pride in his job and his company.

Rob and Taryn came promptly in an emergency situation over the weekend after the plumber we called failed to solve our problem and gave us 0 useful advice. Rob and Taryn were incredibly professional and friendly. Rob recognized the cause of our problem that the Mike Bachman plumber missed. Rob realized that pumping the septic, tank while needed, would not solve our issues. He personally called excavators that he thought would come out and repair our septic run. It was a weekend and no one was available, but he persisted (like, A LOT). He got us an awesome excavator (Haslam Excavating, Inc.) who charged us a very fair price to repair the run that very day. Rob called back later that evening to ensure everything was working and we were treated fairly. Rob deserves to be commended for going beyond what I would have expected, and really taking responsibility in helping us solve our plumbing issues.

A-1 Pumping is amazing! We had our septic tank back up, they came right out, didn't charge us extra for our urgent need, and were very professional. They also spent a lot of time providing us with maintenance information. When you need your tank pumped, this is the company to call!
