Can I just say that having Brady Peterson from Royal come fix our plumbing was a more pleasant experience than I ever expected? He came on a Saturday, fixed our burst basement pipe in about no time flat. Was kind to our kids, without seeming to mind that he was away from his kids on a weekend afternoon. And then, he even took 10 minutes at the end to look at my toilets upstairs for me and consult with me about how I might fix some minor but ongoing problems with them myself. I asked him for his card so I can call him again. Five stars all day long.

These guys were awesome to work with! Our 25 year old a/c went out last night. We called them to set up a service call at 9:00 pm. They were at our house by 9:00 am this morning. They were very knowledgeable in their assessment. We decided to replace our cooling system and furnace all in one whack. They had it installed and up and running by 6:00 pm SAME DAY. Now that is great service! Highly recommend!!!

These guys are wonderful! Nate Stewart was so knowledgeable and amiable, replacing my 25-year-old AC unit was smooth and relatively painless. I have always received good service from Royal Plumbing, Heating & Air, and as the price is always fair, I cannot foresee a reason to go with anyone else! Nate did a thorough job giving us a second opinion. Bryan explained exactly what we needed and suggested a return vent for downstairs to help regulate the air flow/temperature, also gave us a better deal than previous estimate. Colton and Tyler were great at installing our new AC unit. Cleaned up after and even installed my Nest Thermostat for me.

Brian and Tyler came out to help us with our AC and they did an amazing job! They are very knowledgeable and explained every little detail. Some other company tried to charge us $600 for a non-issue! We will always go with Royal from here on out!
