Not only were they able to schedule me within 2 days, but when I had to call last minute to say I couldn't make the AM appointment Work. They were very nice and still came that day just later and didn't seam Put out off at all.

We had some issue's with a drain that kept backing up in the basement of my home when doing laundry or draining a full kitchen sink. We called in a well-known company that's always advertising free estimates to have them look at it, they ran a camera down the drain, said a pipe under the floor had collapsed and it was going to be over 5k to fix it, which would result in tearing out a wall, sink/vanity, cutting up a finished tile shower and some concrete floor. We called Pitcher to get a 2nd opinion. Long story short the pipe was fine, it was more an issue of the volume of water. While the pipe tied into the larger main drain for the house, it a was a smaller pipe that could not handle much volume. The guys from Pitcher proposed a simple solution that only involved cutting 1 hole in a wall in the mechanical room, and changing up some piping a bit. We gave them the go ahead, the repair was made in 1 day for literally 10% of what the other company quoted us. That was about three months ago and the drain has never backed up since and is working beautifully. Highly recommend Mark & Pitcher Plumbing.
