I had a water heater replaced in August of 2017. At the time I was frustrated with the service that I received. The technician spilled rusty water all over my carpeted stairs. Also his fittings weren't tight, which caused water to leak into bottom pan of water heater, putting out the fire. I had two water heaters previously, and when one went bad I had both taken out and only one put in their place. I was charged for the removal and "capping off" of the second water heater. I found out today, (2/12/2019), a year and a half later, that the technician did not properly cap off the gas line or the exhaust flue from the second water heater. This means we have been vulnerable to a possible gas leak or exhaust leaking into my home for the past year and a half. Not happy about this at all. I'm just grateful that the technician at Aire Serv, who was on a call about my humidifier, notified me of the improperly capped water heater fittings.

My home warranty company referred me to All Types Plumbing, and I'm so happy with the service. Being new to the area I was nervous to use a company that I didn't know, but Wes and Randy were professional, super respectful of my home, and provided fantastic service. So thankful that I was put in touch with them. I will definitely call them again in the future. Highly recommend.
