These guys came recommended so I called to see if they could repair earthquake damage to my water heater. He said his soonest appointment was 10 days away in the "morning." My water heater was damaged but didn't seem critical so I took the appointment. He asked to text him my information, which I did. I texted the night before he was supposed to come out to request a more specific timeframe, but never heard back. I texted again about 8:00 am requesting he call when he's on his way. An hour later I finally get a reply stating he'd taken a bigger job out if town and would not be completing the job here that he accepted. I waited a week and a half (bc he'd come recommended) and scheduled my whole day around this appointment. Unimpressed with the lack of professionalism.

There are companies that do a good job and then there are those that exceed a customers expectations; setting themselves apart from their competition.
