Great service. Fine people to deal with...always honest.
I will never go anywhere else! I love Tim, and his whole family. Honest work, for an honest price.
We've had Tim pump out our septic twice over the past 5 years. We've also had major issues with and old home, clogged pipes. He's come out immediately and fixed things up for us. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter! They do things right the first time.
Over priced, unfriendly, unprofessional. When the gentleman showed up to the house he was very unfriendly and acted like we were putting him out... it was 7 at night and I understand it was later in the evening but we were paying the extra $200 after hour fee. He left the bathroom a complete MESS. Splatter marks on the mirror, walls, door, floor, and ceiling. We spent on hour cleaning up after him. It took them over a month to charge my debit card. I called multiply times about not seeing the charge go through and to make sure everything was okay. The lady I spoke with was extremely unfriendly every time I called. I was told it would be charged in the next day...3 weeks later it was finally charged. What a joke!
They were overpriced and unprofessional. I called on Saturday night of Memorial Day Weekend. I expected to pay more than usual, but they went way overboard. They charged me $200 for a “holiday call”. That’s confusing since the holiday was 2 days after the call. I felt like the $200 was overkill. They had already charged me a late evening fee- which I understood and had no problem with. But $344 for a clogged toilet was just gilding the lily. They also tracked through my house in dirty shoes/workbooks. I know when I’ve had other technicians come to do work they’ve always come prepared with and used boot covers. All in all, I believe in supporting the local merchants as much as possible, but i won’t be asking them to return for any future repairs.
