Ashely is awesome! We had a kitchen pipe leak into our basement. He was able to fix the problem on moments notice. He is the only plumber I will call and trust knowing I won’t get ripped off. Fast, efficient, and a good price. What more could you ask for.

The tech showed up at the scheduled time and called before hand to let me know he was on the way. Ashley is a true professional and has years of experience under his belt. We contacted City Creek Plumbing about doing the plumbing for our basement finish. We also had him install a water softener. Ashley was prompt in all of his responses and very knowledgeable about everything. He gave us advice but also listened to what we wanted. He made everything so easy. We would definitely call him again for future work!

I needed someone to flush out my tankless water heater and asked if they could show me how to do it so I didn't have to pay someone to do it every year. Ashley at City Creek Plumbing responded right away and let me know I was missing the valves to do the flush. He quoted me a very fair price to add the valves, flush the tank, and show me how to do it. The night before my appointment, I just happen to have a plumbing leak in my basement. Major bummer, but timing couldn't have been better. I was able to turn the water off to the leak, so it wasn't an emergency, but I also didn't want to message Ashley about it because it was found so late. The next day Ashley let me know he was on his way (which is very much appreciated) and was very punctual as well as professional. He was very personable and walked me through and explained the flushing of the tank. I brought up the leak in my basement and he was more than willing to help out with it. Turned out the water pressure to my house was almost double what it was suppose to be. He ended up changing out the regulator and explained how that worked as well. Very pleased with the service I got and will definitely call him again.
