Will not stand by their work! New construction, about 10 leaks over 5yrs, refuse to help. Bunk contractor. Don’t share my nightmare!

I am 110% satisfied with their service!!! We had different contractors bid on fixing our central air conditioner. Every one of them told us that we had to replace both the furnace (which was working) and the air conditioner at the same time. The bids ranged from $8,000.00 to almost $15,000.00. Most of them were late for their scheduled time or missed the appointment altogether. Custom Comfort was absolutely terrific. They showed up on time for each appointment. Our system was carefully evaluated. They explained that our furnace was good and that it didn't need to be replaced at the same time. The job was completed for literally thousands less than other bids. I have recommended Custom Comfort to others and will continue to do so. When our furnace goes, I know who to trust and won't waste my time with other contractors.

Custom Comfort has done work for us several times. We've been very happy every time! Recently we had our A/C go out on a Saturday. They came quickly and had the repair done fast and at a fair price. We highly recommend them!

We have hired custom comfort to work on our boiler and our swamp cooler at our house among some other things. They had no idea how to fix the swamp cooler and charged us for 2 hours of work while he stared at the cooler doing nothing. I ended up having to fix the swamp cooler myself. Then they installed the wrong part on our boiler that is now malfunctioning a year later. They would not even come look at the broken part they installed unless we paid them $95 up front. Bad service. Unskilled repairman. Shamrock Plumbing has been much better to work with.

They do not stand behind their work. Had multiple bad experiences with these guys. We used then for radiant heat and swamp cooler. Bad at both. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
