Shamrock Plumbing

We just had Shamrock out for our master bath remodel. The plumber who came out was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I will continue to use Shamrock in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

I can’t be more disappointed with Shamrock, we put in a gas line on fire pit in our backyard Less then a year and 1/2 ago. I went out there last In March and smelled a very strong word out of gas. In the past by neighbor has told me that they smelled gas I did not smell it at the time. In March the smell was so strong I had to call the gas company. Our fire pick was turn off by the gas company and tagged. I then called Shamrock Plumbing to see if we were under warranty, at that time they were not sure but they did tell me that their service charge was $165, which I feel is extremely high but I needed to get fixed. Gary was no more than hour and a half and I received $425 Bill which I think is highway robbery! It turned out that it was an issue with a faulty valve that didn’t even last a year and a half, and we were told somebody broke it. I knew when the valve was installed I did not like it but, I was not getting much of an option, I wanted a valve with a turning key. I was told that was not available which I thought was strange because I’ve seen it other fireplaces. I have worked on Numerous projects with Shamrock. Last year I tried to work on a project with them and waited almost a day for someone to show up, due to the fact that Stan was going to come over when he could get away from another project up the road. I waited till 3:30 in the afternoon, only to get a text message from him that says I just cannot make it and we can I put you on our schedule. Question, who paid for my time that day! I think if you install a valve that doesn’t even last a year and a half you should stand behind it. I’m happy to pay the service charge and I’m happy to pay for the valve, but I think you severely overcharged us and I have been unhappy in the past with your services only to continue giving chance after chance. I’m extremely disappointed, and I feel that Stan can be some what arrogant at times. Sad and disappointed and Shamrock Plumbing, not the first time. I also disappointed with the message you left on my husbands phone Stan.

The guys got to the job when they said they were going to, got the job done quick and on time! The owner explained what he wanted and they made it happen just like he wanted it! All in all great. I’ll use them again

After recently moving into a new home, my wife and i wanted to have some plumbing upgraded. Shamrock came out and installed all new faucets and toilets. Everything was done very well and we couldn’t be happier.

Shamrock came to my house and fixed a drain and a vent pipe in my home. They were quick, friendly and low cost. Wouldn't go anywhere else, they are fantastic.
