Jerry was fantastic to work with. He explained what was wrong and how we could fix it (leak in our bathtub faucet likely resulting from our water pressure being way too high - another company failed to identify this when we dealt with the same leak issue a year ago), with very clear explanation of the costs involved. He was very patient and kind, my 1yr old son and I were very comfortable with him working in the house for over 2 hours. Incredibly simple invoice/payment process as well. Would highly recommend!

I have seldom worked with or had work done that was as professional as that by your service associate, Tim Rice. He was prompt. He was friendly. He knew what he was talking about and he shared his knowledge with me as he worked through our issues with the boiler in our home. I especially loved that he cared that we were pleased and that his work was well done. I felt that he went the extra mile with me and I could tell that he was wanted the work to be a good representation of him and of Ponds. He checked and double checked his work and the products he was installing. From my viewpoint he is an excellent ambassador of your company, Because of him we will be using Ponds for our plumbing and heating needs going forward. Our a/c hadn’t been working and we called to have Pond’s come look at it. Unfortunately it was an old unit, and pond’s was very upfront about our different options. We decided to have Pond’s install a new a/c and furnace. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and professional. Brian and Patrick installed the system and I couldn’t be happier.

Very happy with the service today. Was able to schedule a same day appointment with Juan. He did an excellent job. He was courteous and explained what needed to be done to replace our water heater. I especially appreciated the upfront cost estimate. Juan completed the job in an efficient, neat manner, and left the work area very clean. Would highly recommend Juan and Pond's Plumbing.
