With being new to the area I was basing my choice on reviews left by others; which can be hit or miss. I did not have that problem with Humphrey Plumbing. My AC unit was serviced by Jason who was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using these guys in the future

Since our central air and furnace have been installed, about a week ago , I’ve sent one customer their way. She’s very happy with their honesty for the repair work she needed.
Very pleased with this company. The ladies in the office were very helpful and had their guy out within a day for a bid. We switched over to a tank-less water heater and the installers did a great job and everything came out really nice and clean. Thanks again.

Had a confirmed scheduled appointment. They texted and emailed me a confirmation which I accepted. Company no showed and never followed up that day or ever. Tried calling again a few days later to schedule an appointment. They said they will give me a call back and they never called me back. I have no idea what type of business they are running, the workers are terrible and have no urgency in their jobs. Would stay clear from this business.
