Tim came out, replaced my water heater took care of the warranty and helped me figure out how to best rearrange my mechanical room so I wouldn’t have the same issues going forward. Tim worked very hard and fast, and cleaned up a lot of things and fixed things that were outside the scope. Would recommend without reservation!
