Well they left me waiting at my non owner occupied property for 2 hours then called to say they were too busy to come and I had to arrange for a friend to meet them the next day. Then when the guy called me from the property, he told me that he usually charges $461.00. PER TOILET just to hook them back up after my new floor was installed. I had 3 toilets to hook up and he made out like he was cutting me some great deal. Won't use them again.

I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism from Matt. The owner (Matt) himself made it a point to come by late in the evening even though ours wasn't an emergency and was very helpful to explain me the process and what he was trying to do to detect the leak in and around our house. He spent quality time going over every possibility while detailing why and what on each step. Very impressed and will definitely recommend!

When it rains, it pours and I’m so thankful that good people still exist!! Matt and Jon have been absolutely amazing! Between my boiler system and my water heater going out, they have worked with me and given me great service and great pricing! They always walk me through the work they are doing and ensure any questions I have are answered. They are the only ones I would trust for any of my plumbing needs!

We had a PVC pipe vibration problem. Our condo building manager recommended 1st American P-H & A. The appointment process was friendly and efficient. The repair team was quick on the diagnosis and proficiently cared for the matter. They arrived a little early. Happy to recommend this business.

American First did a great job! They were responsive to our requests for service, thorough in their evaluation, showed up when they said they would, and did a fantastic job! They were professional and courteous as well. I highly recommend them!
