Mike Norr is the best plumber around! He has a great crew and they all do their very best to please everyone. I HIGHLY recommend Mike Norr Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! Clean and quick! He & His guys are highly trained and they love & appreciate their customers! They do a great job! :)

service was great and fast... but plan on paying about 2x the amount you’re quoted! When speaking with Mike he was extremely rude and did not explain the charges at all- (lots of hidden fees) His installer was excellent that’s why I gave them a 2... but owner was extremely ignorant and seemed to be all about the money- just be aware!! For sure shop around -he is very kind to talk to when your giving business- but awful when you’re business is over - he was a completely different person

Had a huge clog. Of course it was after hours, but they were there within 20 minutes and quickly had the clog taken care of! Would highly recommend them!! Thanks for taking care of us.

To Ashleigh Garza: I'm sorry you feel you have to be so negative about ANYONE on social media or anywhere else. Moreover, we wonder why kids bully? :( I have the invoice right here in front of me. I would be more than happy to send you a copy, or if you’d rather continue discussing in on social media, or I can post it here? Remember that your husband added extras to your original estimate, just like Mike told you when you contacted him. He asked you to talk to your husband because he (your husband) knew what was going on. Either way, I can tell you it was not near $759.00 (including late fees) So, please…at least be honest before you point fingers. Yes, you DID pay FOUR late payments collected by Mike’s bill collector. MIKE SAVED you the other three months late fees. The job was completed April 17, 2018, and paid in full EIGHT months later. I would hope for, but don’t expect an apology to a man who has served this community in countless ways. However, if this doesn’t stop, I won’t hesitate to post a copy of your invoice to prove who is being honest. As good of a family that you come from I am surprised at your social conduct. I hope this clears things up! Thank you!
